Conventions of contents page:
- One column which keeps the page clear
and easy to read.
- One of two or three contents pages as
this page lacks feature articles and regulars.
- Consistent colour and font (red and
black), which is usually simple and matches the colour scheme of the
front page.
- It is set against an off-white background
which makes the page easy to navigate and uses simple structure.
- Button attracts attention towards the
cover star and feature article.
- Large image of star immediately attracts
attention whilst flicking through the magazine as it is bold and stands
out.
- Mid shot of model which gives a view of
the locale as well as a detailed image.
- Glamorous, minimal and simplistic.
- Includes date, issue number and page
number of key articles.
- Photography is credited for the front cover.
- The name of the company and the website is in the corner of the page.
